Smart Scene Detection
Automatically detects 5 different types of scenes and chooses the appropriate camera settings: Night scene, Landscape, Normal & Macro, Portrait and Backlight Portrait. All you have to do is to press the shutter and the Smart Scene Detection mode will do the rest for you.
Pre-Composition Mode
When asking someone else to take photos for you, but the photos always don’t come up right? With BenQ’s Pre-composition mode, you can compose the background you want first and have that person to record a shot against your original background—a semi-transparent image on the screen. You will be sure to always get photos you wish for.
Blink Detector
The blink detector alerts you when a subject has blinked, allowing the shot to be retaken immediately or saved according to your preference.
Love Portrait Mode
Want to take a good photo with just the two of you? Love Portrait mode will wait until at least two faces are in a confined area and take a shot.
Web Sharing Mode
In web sharing mode, you can record your precious moments directly in a video size of 640x480 at 30fps up to 10 minutes and the quality is optimized for popular web sharing sites.
16:9 High-Definition Image
Capture high-definition images with the same aspect ratio of 16:9 as HDTV (1920x1080).
Red-Eye Remover
The E1220 comes with in-camere Red-Eye remover function that allows you to remove the unslightly "glowing eyes" during playback.
AF Assist Lamp
The AF Assist Lamp helps E1220 to get the right focus more easily in low lights conditions.
